What we did For CubeWells
CONCEPT
ZedaPro has always had plans of branching into real-estate and properties. We choose to develop the Cubewells concept to offer future users something that is becoming a necessity in big cities like Grand Rapids and Detroit, space.
MANAGEMENT
ZedaPro is a founding partner as well as an executive managing partner of Cubewells. We work on big picture planing as well as workflow management, marketing strategies, and company culture.
VISION
ZedaPro's vision for Cubewells is driven by giving customers a simple solutions for self storage. We want to incorporate a progressive app for renters that can change different aspects like approved admins who can get into the storage locker with out a key, an area to change the units temperature, and an easy way to pay their bill online.
What is our Plan For CubeWells
GROWTH
With a ground breaking scheduled in 2020, Cubewells plans on launching at least one more location with in the first year, and 10 more locations with in the first ten years.
SCALING
The Cubewells app will be developed by Argus Major and will give the storage customers many different perks like online bill pay, admin access, and temperature control.
EXPANSION
We plan on expanding Cubewells to several major cities in the first five years.
